Algaecide

An algae killer and water clarifier all in one. Chemipools five action swimming pool algaecide not only kills off the algae but also helps to clarify the water as well. It does this by helping to coagulate the dead algae into larger particles which can then be removed by your filtration system leaving your water both algae free and crystal clear.

The five functions of the swimming pool algaecide are:
- Algaecide
- Anti bacteria
- Water softener
- Anti foaming
- Water clarifier

This formula is non-foaming and non metallic. It is compatible with all of the water treatment solutions sold on this site and can be used in hot tubs and spa baths. In some cases, additional water clarifier or anti foaming agent may be required.

How To Use Our Swimming Pool Algaecide

To cure an existing problem, add 1L of algaecide for every 50m³ of swimming pool water.
For ongoing maintenance, add 0.5L of algaecide for every 50m³ of water every week.

Our swimming pool algaecide and shock chlorine products should not be added at the same time. For maximum efficiency leave 24 hours between adding the swimming pool algaecide and the shock chlorine.
